Three weeks time to work on this topic in pairs with a special point of view (French, Spanish, Italian, British, Asian, African, European, Polish, German…):
- basic read for all: SPIEGEL article October 27th, 2008 [handout]
- basic read for each pair: one of the various newspaper/magazine articles from the last three years
- aim: knowledge about topic (facts, numbers, policies, pros & cons, differences, details)
- presentation: in three weeks, 10 mins oral presentation (with or without PowerPoint) and digitally: results with links, facts & photos in your blog(s);
- skills: show us in your oral presentation that you know all the secrecies of an excellent presentation and in your digital presentation that you can write a text of your own with decent quotations and definitely no copy & paste tricks
- mark: based on digital and oral presentation
